Outdoor Escape Landscaping

Property owners in Neutral Bay work with Matt Bandiera of Outdoor Escape Landscaping on pergolas and cabanas that create shaded outdoor rooms for dining, lounging and entertaining. Each structure is positioned around aspect, views and breezes so the space stays comfortable across the seasons. Depending on size and location, council approval may be needed, and this is dealt with during the planning stage. Neutral Bay is in the North Sydney Council area, with Federation and interwar homes and apartment blocks on slopes falling towards the harbour. Retaining, steps and drainage often shape where a pergola can sit on those blocks. One in-house team looks after every stage, from design and approvals through construction, planting and maintenance. A cabana beside the pool or a pergola over a terrace can be finished with lighting, screening and climbing plants for added shade. Softworks and planting and paving are related services offered by Outdoor Escape Landscaping. The team also builds in Chatswood, Mosman and Balmoral.
