We endeavour to include our clients in the creative process directly - with the understanding that while the expertise and responsibilities are ours; the client's involvement is crucial for developing a clear understanding of the problem - and the subsequent solution.

We often engage with businesses where the only the business goals (or challenges) are known; and the implementation of the solution is only a segment of the overall solution. In these cases we will also consult with the client to provide a workable scope and strategy. This provides a solid grounding for the creative process, client expectations and real outcomes.

We frequently provide a bridging solution for clients engaging external creative services providers, where there might be a disconnect in what the client really needs - and what the service provider can (or is willing to) provide. Often, and especially with larger or complex projects, it is easy for errors and misunderstandings to creep in.

Clients will try to balance the need to control the process, with the faith that the project is in good hands. The agencies may push a familiar solution that suits their development processes - sacrificing the time required to better understand the desired end-result; just to ensure that the project is delivered inside the quoted timeframe.

At other times clients need our assistance in providing inbound marketing and strategy - where there there is not the funds to hire a full time dedicated marketing manager - but the results still need to be delivered. In this way we act as a different kind of bridge, to help the client build their business to a tipping point where they appoint an internal marketer.
