About Pony Dining The Rocks

Established August 2006

Pony Dining The Rocks has kept its fires burning since 2006. The original Pony and a pioneer of wood-fire cooking in Sydney, our meat restaurant sits inside a heritage-listed sandstone building on the city's oldest cobblestone laneway. Irish-born Executive Chef Neil Nolan has led the open kitchen since opening day, building a modern Australian menu around our ironbark-fuelled Argentinian grill. From dry-aged steaks and fresh seafood to seasonal vegetables and even the cocktails, the fire shapes it all. Reserve your table and experience one of the best steak restaurants in The Rocks.
