Priority Plus Care is a community-owned, purpose-driven disability support and home care provider supporting individuals and families across Dubbo, Western NSW and surrounding regional communities.

We provide personalised assistance designed around each person’s needs, goals, routines and preferences. Our services include personal care, daily living assistance, domestic support, community participation, capacity building, transport assistance, support coordination, respite care, supported accommodation pathways and in-home support. We also work alongside older people and their families to help them remain safe, comfortable and independent at home.

Our approach is person-centred, flexible and culturally respectful. We understand the challenges people can face when accessing reliable care in regional communities, so we focus on responsive communication, consistent support workers and practical services delivered closer to home. We work collaboratively with participants, families, carers, support coordinators and community partners to develop support arrangements that promote independence, dignity, confidence and wellbeing.

Priority Plus Care is the dedicated service-delivery arm of The Regional & First Nations Community Foundation Limited, a registered Australian charity and not-for-profit organisation. Our regional office is located at 141 Fitzroy Street, Dubbo NSW, with an additional office in North Parramatta.
