Reform Studios offer an innovative approach to reformer pilates. We have two studio spaces - the Reform Studio which offers small classes with our qualified instructors; and the Reform Club. The Reform Club allows those who are experienced in reformer pilates to work their own programmes, or workout to our fully guided and animated instructional videos. Reform club members also get extended access to cardio equipment, comfortable lounges, tea and coffee facilities, educational programmes and more. With 2 studios and more than 150 classes a week we offer unparalleled variety and accessibility. We work with people at all levels of fitness and life stages. Our partner physios can help us assess your capabilities to make sure you’re exercising at a level to suit you, and getting the most from your workout programme.
