About Regenesis Fitness

Established March 1994

Regenesis Fitness, is Edgecliffs privately owned local gym. A large fitness studio, with lots of natural light and an open floor plan, Regenesis Fitness caters for clients requiring gym membership only, as well as being home to both Longevity and Edgecliff Personal Training businesses, two science-based training businesses, where the focus is your health and well-being. Established in 1994, Regenesis Fitness commenced trading in Cross St, Double Bay and was the only local gym facility, providing an alternative to Fitness First and City Gym. Having relocated to Edgecliff in 2004 and changing management in 2008, the business is now focusing on providing holistic and rehabilitation based personal training, gym memberships and exercise programs for all members of the local community. Owner Russell Cox’s experience with recovering from major surgery and the resulting limitations on his own training, allow him to see fitness and health from the customers perspective and develop programs that are suitable for your needs. Automated entry is from 5am to 9.45pm, 7 days a week. Exercise programs and personal training appropriate to your goals, injuries and health issues is our speciality. Our Subscription memberships options can be viewed online and rewards for joining with a training partner or introducing new members apply. Regenesis Fitness is a family owned and operated, non-franchise fitness club that celebrated 20 years in business in 2014
