Friendly fishing instructors will teach you to catch rainbow trout in a picturesque tree-lined lake and the all-weather indoor “Rainforest Pool.” You can then take your catch with you or ask the chef to transform your trout into a magnificent meal. Barbecue facilities are also available free of charge for you to cook your prize catch. The fish ponds at Rhyll Trout & Bush Tucker Farm are managed as “closed systems.” Pristine water quality is maintained by filtering through massive sand filters and natural wetland systems which adjoin the ponds. A magnificent artificial creek provides natural aeration through a series of cascades into the indoor Rainforest Pool.
