Sarah Connelly is a Brisbane-based accredited Master Grey Area Drinking Coach, counsellor, and speaker dedicated to helping high-achieving professionals reset their relationship with alcohol without rehab, labels, or shame. Drawing on over 20 years in coaching and related fields and her own personal journey of quitting alcohol in 2019, Sarah has developed a science-based, shame-free framework that speaks directly to the intelligent, high-functioning professional who knows alcohol is holding them back.

Sarah works with CEOs, lawyers, healthcare professionals, entrepreneurs, and senior leaders across Australia and internationally, including the United States, offering structured group programs, self-led resets, 1:1 support, and bespoke corporate workplace programs.
