• Customer service excellence. We were recently recognized as the Winners of the 2014 Joondalup Business Associations Customer Service Awards and a Finalist for Customer Service Excellence in the 2013 Australian Institute of Management (WA) Pinnacle Awards.

• Commitment to high standards. In December 2013, we became one of Perth’s first practices to receive Quality Innovation Performance (QIP) Dental Practice Accreditation. This means that we have been independently assessed as having met the National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards relating to quality and safety of health care, partnering with consumers and infection control, and are focused on continuous improvement.

• Our approach to total health beyond the mouth. As a result of Dr Lim’s post graduate specialty qualification in the Dental Management of Sleep-Disordered Breathing, we are industry leaders in Dental Appliances in Snoring and Sleep Apnea and routinely screen patients for airway obstruction and risk of sleep-disordered breathing during dental examinations. We also focus on Early Interceptive Orthodontics and Orofacial Myology as they relate to both guiding proper facial growth and airway development.

• A convenient range of services. All our clinicians are committed to continuing education in their individual areas of interest. This means we provide specialized expertise in a variety of areas beyond general dentistry from Sedation and Implant Dentistry through to Dental Sleep Medicine. We regularly work with a specialist dental anaesthesist to ensure anxiety-free treatment is readily available for our patients.

• We’re community-minded. We’re an official partner of Heartkids WA, and regularly contribute towards other important causes and participate as a team in events such as The Cancer Council’s Biggest Morning Tea or The National Breast Foundation’s Mother’s Day Classic Fun Run.
