We understand some of our customers have specific dietary requirements, so we are excited to be able offer products that are 100% clean. We offer delicious pasture raised beef, lamb and veal, 100% Australian Pasture-Raised, Free- Range Chicken, High Country Pork and nitrate and sulphite free bacon.

Our steaks are wet-aged for 14 days to maximise the flavour and tenderness. This creates the level of quality normally only experienced in a top restaurant.

All of our beef, lamb and veal have been checked by independent third-party auditors, to uphold the Australian Certified Humane cattle welfare standards. The auditors are able to immediately access verifiable details of the animal’s life and confirm where the animal was born, grass-fed and humanely raised in Australia.

Our High Country pork is raised in large breezy eco shelters, where they forage freely in straw and socialize naturally. High Country lead the industry in environmentally sustainable strategies and build animal welfare programs. Our pork bacon is both nitrate free and sulphite free.

We offer 100% Australian Pasture-Raised, Free- Range Chicken.
All of the chickens roam free and are raised with zero antibiotics, preservatives or growth hormones so this ensures they are natural and healthy. They forage on whatever is on offer in the pasture.
All our animals are ethically raised and delivered from farm to table.
