TAA achieve this through a combination of online, Microsoft Office and nationally accredited training, as well as staff management and leadership training. TAA have offices in Mackay and Melbourne with trainers located across QLD, VIC, NSW, TAS, SA and WA. Over a ten month period, TAA interviewed over 90 mine sites, companies and contractors to understand current frustrations, industry issues and client training needs. Using this data, TAA have completely redesigned every appropriate nationally accredited training course and are proud to be the first company in Australia to use the ‘Adaptive Training’ model, giving clients a proactive and outcome focused training plan.
