About Upstate Newtown

Established January 2009

Upstate Newtown is on Gladstone Street, just off Enmore Road, where the inner west's best coffee, food and live music are right on your doorstep. Two studio rooms, 80 classes a week across Reformer Pilates, infrared Hot Pilates and Yoga, all on the one membership. Step into the yellow on Gladstone Street and immediately feel your mood boost with yellow neon, high energy and a welcoming team. Whether you want to build strength in a Reformer or infrared Hot Pilates, find your flow in Hot Power Flow, or fully unwind in Yin + Soundbath, there's a class for exactly that mood, every single day. Seriously good instructors who bring the energy every session. Power up or wind down. Every 45 minutes makes your body strong and your mind happy!
