When Arna first entered the world of small business, 20 years ago she quickly realised that bootstrapping businesses was tough! She worked with a series of businesses who couldn't afford the luxury of a consultant, yet wanted to leverage their knowledge to startup their businesses right.
She watched business owners spend hours googling and 'copy and pasting' things from the internet to create their own 'slap and dash' strategies, policies, contracts or similar. It was a really inefficient way to build a business, but it 'got them through'.
This is where the idea of docushop was born. To be able to provide these tools to all businesses, but most importantly startups and give them access to the thousands of tools she and others had that could help them be successful.
