Oliver's Patisserie & Cafe is an artisan bakery, patisserie and cafe located at 364 Keilor Road, Niddrie VIC 3042.

Established in 2016, Oliver's produces a wide range of handmade breads, sourdough, pastries, croissants, cakes and other bakery products onsite with a focus on quality ingredients and traditional preparation methods.

Our range includes artisan sourdough, multigrain sourdough, wholemeal sourdough, light rye sourdough, olive sourdough, baguettes, Turkish bread, brioche buns, traditional croissants, almond croissants, chocolate croissants, hazelnut cruffins, Portuguese tarts, fruit danishes, muffins, scrolls, donuts, macarons, biscuits, cakes, birthday cakes, sandwiches and fresh coffee.

Our sourdough culture is fermented for 24 hours, and each loaf is individually hand shaped and carefully prepared. Our sourdough is baked fresh and contains no added preservatives, improvers, commercial yeast, sugar or fat.
