Secure your "Jo-eBox" on a concrete base minimum size 500W X 600D x 100 thick, on the boundary of your property accessible to the delivery man by using secure concrete bolts. Please ensure this base is level and firm because nothing looks worse than a pillar box that is not vertical due to a bad foundation.
