We operate in one of two ways: Standard – this is when you view and approve each invoice – you would have the provider send the invoice directly to you then you will forward to us either via email, MMS or post. You can also choose to place a Standing Authority on your chosen providers. Standing Authority – this is where you provide us a Standing Authority to pay certain providers without approving each invoice. You need to provide us with a list of the providers you authorise us to pay, and we will verify them and pay the invoices as received. Any issues with invoices will need to be raised directly with the provider.
