The concept of “Checks and Balances” is a constitutional one. Checks and balances are at the core of the rule of law, where each branch of governance checks and balances the other. We are very fortunate to be the inheritors of this 800 year old tradition of the rule of law.
Inspired by this rich history and its values, Check and Balances Law is established with the aim of providing meaningful, excellent, and cost-effective legal services. We adopt a problem solving approach and use new technologies, such as online platforms for Wills and Estate and Family Law matters, to achieve these aims.
Mana Ghadirian-Marnani is an ambitious, understanding and well-educated lawyer. Mana was admitted to the University of California, Berkeley in 2013 for a Master of Laws LL.M. degree. In a twist of fate, however, she ended up in Australia in 2014 and has been enjoying it ever since. She has finished her Master of Laws at QUT and got admitted as a solicitor in 2017.
As a legal practitioner Mana has experience dealing with commercial litigation and family law , transactional matters and estate planning.
