Mosaic Community Care it is our mission is to enrich the quality of life of people with disabilities. Established in 1992 by a group of community members interested in developing options for their family members which they believed better suited the individual. Mosaic provides shared living spaces in purpose-built accommodation with dedicated, experienced teams providing 24/7 support.
