Massage, treatments can be from 30–90 minutes. Specialising in Swedish, therapeutic and deep tissue massage, the therapist can vary the intensity from gentle and relaxing to firm and therapeutic, depending on your needs.

Massage can help with stress management, relaxation, tension headaches, tight muscles and sports injuries. Regular massage has also been found to assist injury prevention and performance enhancement.

Chinese Herbal Medicine: As like acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine locked in the theories of Chinese philosophy and utilises herbal products as tool to restore health. The products used all meant strict Australian and international rules and regulations in regards to quality and restrictions.
