VIC First Aid

Vic First Aid Education Services, a registered training organisation (RTO 41524) that provides first aid training in Victoria. Courses are offered in metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria, with public sessions listed for Melbourne, Ballarat, Bendigo, Shepparton, Wangaratta, Bundoora, Williamstown, Horsham, Warrnambool, Traralgon, Dandenong, Eltham, Geelong, Epping and Taylors Lakes.

The course list includes Provide CPR (HLTAID009), Provide Basic Emergency Life Support (HLTAID010), Provide First Aid (HLTAID011) and Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting (HLTAID012). The website also lists the Course in First Aid Management of Anaphylaxis (22578VIC) and the Course in First Aid Management of Asthma Risks and Emergencies (22702VIC), which can be combined. A low voltage panel rescue course with CPR and a First Aid for Babies and Children course are currently available at the Eltham venue only. The HLTAID012 course is described as approved by ACECQA and as meeting educator requirements for first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma training under the National Education and Care Services law. Some courses are fast-track, one-day sessions that require pre-course work, and certificates are emailed.

On-site training can be arranged at your workplace for groups of 10 or more, with some conditions applying. Sessions are tailored to each group, and the website lists corporate groups, sports clubs, fitness and recreation, child care, schools, tertiary education, building and construction, the security industry, health professionals, factories, and trade and industry. Student and concession prices are available.

Payments can be made by EFT or credit or debit card, and corporate clients may provide purchase orders for invoicing.
