What does holistic health actually mean? You might have heard this phrase as it's now used a lot, but how is holistic treatment actually different to any other type of treatment. What we think it means is that for you the patient you get the treatment you need, rather than the treatment that the Doctor or practitioner wants to give you. To do this of course we need to work out what your body needs and give your body a unique and tailored treatment . So how do we work this out ..... Well the kind of treatment you receive is based on a number of things: what we find with our hands during examination , your preferences for treatment style, your presenting problem and your pain levels. In this way treatments can range from strong to very gentle.
