Your Home Designs was founded by Zoe Pohlmann in 2011. We began with small renovations and extensions where there was a huge demand in the growing area of Newcastle. Going on 7 years we now based in Nelson Bay, Port Stephens, where we design and document all types of developments from New Homes, Duplexes, Small to Large-Scale Renovations and extensions.

This process includes concepts, from 3D modelling to artistic hand drawings, floor plans and elevations, through to council development, complying or exempt council applications, and plans for construction documentation.

We enjoy working together with our clients to create designs that are long lasting and enjoyable for many years to come in every stage of life, from single occupants, to young couples, to growing families.
